I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at this spa hotel. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The highlight of my stay was the delicious buffet and served dinner, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The spa facilities were superb, especially the pools and sauna area which were not crowded at all. The location of the hotel was also ideal, being calm and close to the city center. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

We had nothing to complain about while we were in this hotel. All was perfect: the room ( clean and quiet),the medical treatment, pools, food in the restaurant, lobby-bar and a library, nice staff. Definitly will recommend it for relaxing.

Excellent place for a relaxing weekend! Full board is a nice option. Hotel lounge is very comfortable. Good variety of spa treatments. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Great location for walking all around Marienbad. Rooms are large and comfortable with excellent bathrooms. Love having a bathrobe and spa basket included in the room rate.

No complaints. Room carpet is starting to look worn and will need replacing soon.

The location was good in that sense that the neighbourhood was quiet and the view from the room towards the mountains was nice. The dinner as well as the use of saunas and pool area were included in the price. The room was ok. The lack of a floor map was a huge minus point. There were several buildings in the hotel, and also half floors, which was very con fusing - especially when different elevators the floor markings varied. We got lost many times and did not know how to find the dining room, for example. No information what kind of treatments are available, at what price and how to book. These two key pieces of information should be available in the hotel room. The hotel was mainly for German guests - in German language. only one shower in the wellness area is really not enough. And the prices for pets - extremely high!!!

The spa treatments were amazing and definitely the highlight of my xmas stay. The pool area was also great as it had a lot of options. the location was perfect since it was close to the major attractions.

While the bar had great drinks, the service was slow and unattentive. The staff overall seemed uninterested in making our stay enjoyable.

Internet situation, but it was fixed. We had a nice tv, but some of our friends stayed in rooms with old tv sets

What a wonderful city break I had! The hotel was perfectly located, with all the city highlights within easy reach. The food was excellent, with a wide range of options at breakfast and delicious dinners. I particularly enjoyed the live music in the library bar. But the best aspects of my stay were definitely the spa facilities - the pools and saunas were incredible.

There were a few things that could have been better. There wasn't enough information in the room about the hotel's services and amenities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the center of a beautiful spa town. The cleanliness was top-notch throughout the hotel facilities including the pool and spa area. The location is perfect, near the center and in a quiet street with a lovely view of the valley. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of choices to choose from. Lastly, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. The service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding with a wide range of treatments available. The indoor swimming pool was pristine, and the sauna and steam room were also excellent. The sun terrace with comfy sun loungers and beach umbrellas was perfect for soaking up the sun while enjoying the garden area. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from that were all of high quality, and the menu for dinner and packed lunches was also varied and delicious.

The only negligible negative aspect of this hotel is that the coffee quality was poor. However, this was a minor issue that certainly did not affect my stay.
